		<description>Thanks so much Nicki for sharing your knowledge of the sutras and specifically the vrittis this weekend in Jackson! I love the way my current work on myself psychologically, spiritually and physically relates to this beautiful ancient knowledge. Thank you also for sharing your personal stories, they help me so much to relate to these teachings.
